My name's Matt Hayde and I live in Perth, Western Australia. I've been blogging for many years now. I started out back in 2002. I wroite mostly humorous blogs about Aussie politics. I still do this.
Howver, as the years passed I started learning how to make money with blogs and websites, mostly through affiliate marketing. I becausd emore an dmore interested in search engines and how they worked. I even built a site around this.
As has been the casse with so many bloggers and webmasters, I gradually became aware of the power of social media. It was a natural fit with blogging. It's a perfect complement. I became increasignly active on sites like Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus.
I was learning new stuff all the time and started writing about his on my marketing blog. But that also had lots of stuff about SEO on it, so I decied to dedicate a site specifically to this particular subject. hence this site.
While I read widely I decided to include mostly stuff that I had leanre dform personal experince. i think it's always the best teacher.
